Chambers in Economist

Interesting article about Cisco and Chambers' strategy on market adjacency. As per them Cisco is spreading to thin however as per Chambers he is worried if he not spreading enough.

However, key is execution. These boards and councils are key to success. Executives are member of multiple councils makng their life tough. Hope they can cut down their spread and make them do justice to their market. Another important aspect is decision making and empowerment of these executives. Hope they have clear authority on different groups that are needed to make their solution succesful. Otherwise due to top heavy management and internal politics it may be tough to move.

BJP Leadership Issue

Why these so called big guys are fighting. Why can't they have generalelection where eachmember can cast votes and decide who there leader is. It is such simple solution right from democracy.

Here is my theory.. though I am yet to find any solid supporter..

Every one.. Every one is good by their own definition.. and they have justification for being good.

Every one.. Every one has reasons and explanation of all of their actions by their own definition.. Usually definition is based on their own theory and justified by them.
